Does your dog have what it takes to be “Top Dog” of the 2016 Bark in the Park Top Dog Festival? Here’s your chance to find out. Entries for the annual photo contest will be accepted March 1-31. To enter, click on the “Top Dog Photo Contest” entry link. Entries are $15. This year’s application includes a short essay question that asks you to describe why your dog is the “Top Dog.”
